About Human Performance and Nutrition

The Associate Degree in Human Performance and Nutrition prepares practitioners to utilize nutrition and activity in the promotion of healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and the management of health conditions.

The programme is comprised of theoretical and clinical courses delivered across four semesters, and includes a hands-on practicum in which participants are assigned to various healthcare environments.

The practicum provides students with the chance to gain experience in restorative care and nutrition, as well as rehabilitation, health promotion and the maintaining of health and wellness.
