Student Services is responsible for enrolment and admission into SALCC. If you are seeking a letter for the purpose of a scholarship or VISA, pay this department a visit.
This is also the department to visit when seeking assistance with SONIS, the College's student information system.
Registry handles the processing of applications to SALCC, as well as transcript requests, the creation and replacement of certificates, and registration changes.

The Finance Department keeps track of tuition fees and oversees the billing process to ensure timely and accurate billing statements for students.
ITS is responsible for all technical support related to student emails and wi-fi access.
ITS also provides assistance with the all-inclusive Office 365 Suite for SALCC students.
The e-Learning department is responsible for any and all matters regarding SALCC's e-Learning Platform.
The department offers tutorials and resources to help students have a smooth and productive virtual academic experience.
The Library offers study spaces, academic support and computer access to students.
Students may contact the library for access to past exam papers, as well as referencing and citation assistance.
HJFL is also responsible for the on-campus Derek Walcott Library, and is the leading force behind the WORRRD Up: Poetry Slam and Short Story competitions.
The Counselling department provides personal, psychological and academic support to students throughout their SALCC journey, and beyond!
Services include financial aid, one-on-one and group counselling, academic / career advisement, crisis intervention, depression screening, psycho-education, and self-help resources.
SALCC's Lifelong Learning unit offers short courses targeting adult learners and persons seeking upskill themselves in a broad range of fields.
This department is also responsible for SALCC's Defensive Driving course, and South Campus programmes.
The Student Experience Department ensures that every student's journey at SALCC is safe and fulfilling, both in and outside of the classroom.
This department has responsibility for liaising with the Students' Council and providing support to other student organisations at SALCC.
Academic Partnerships is responsible for forging mutually-beneficial and long-lasting relationships between SALCC and other institutions.
While ensuring the longevity of these partnerships, the department also seeks to improve the College's standing on the international stage.
