About Chemistry
The Associate of Science in Chemistry Degree is for learners wishing to pursue baccalaureate studies in the chemical, physical and life sciences.
This curriculum is equivalent to the first two years of study offered in the chemistry programs of other colleges and universities. Learners are exposed to the foundational principles of Chemistry, while also examining its use in general, organic and analytical contexts.
The Associate Degree in Chemistry provides foundational exposure for careers in the sciences, such as food production, medicine, education and energy.

Chemistry takes 2 years to complete and rewards students with an Associate Degree.

- College entry requirements, as well as CSEC Grade III, or equivalent, in Chemistry and one other science subject.
- Special Considerations: CSEC Agricultural Science (double award) minimum Grade III is acceptable as qualification for other science subject.
