Students enrolled in this Associate Degree programme are trained in the field of Quantity Surveying; ensuring the viability and efficiency of building and construction projects.

Quantity surveyors analyze a project to determine the soundness of its operations, and subsequently enforce changes and make suggestions to maximize efficiency, both practically and financially.

This programme develops its learners' proficiency in key areas such as cost estimation, building regulations, project management, contracting, and communication and negotiation.
