Food and Beverage Operations

This programme offers a blend of all aspects of food and beverage. The programme exposes the student to the management and operations of the kitchen, dining room, bar, events and catering aspects of the hospitality sector and places emphasis on providing efficient, quality service. The student graduating from this programme will be well rounded in all areas relating to food and beverage operations.


Requirements for programme Entry:

Passes (Grades 1, 2; or Grade 3 from June 1998) in English A, mathematics, Food and Nutrition, French or Spanish and at least ONE of the following: Principles of Business, Principles of Accounts, Economics, Social Studies and Chemistry.
