The goose and the gander together as one, above the water, treading carefully,
admiring each other.
Under the sun.
The goose can lead the gander to his demise. When the sunlight is too bright for the ganders eyes,
Pure colours. Emerged from the heart of the goose.
But the gander being too physically and emotionally abused.
Cause the goose to lose the chase
Now the gander is of no use to the goose because she seemed to lose/taste/What a waste.
The goose thought for a while…
And was in denial…
Her webbed footsteps she retraced,
The tasteless feelings were erased,
And the gander she embraced.
The goose and the gander raises a gosling,
But their efforts have failed,
The gosling facing the fate of the world,
Lack of attention and neglect led him to feel curled and whirled,
He get criticized by the predators, the ravens and crows, their words feel sharp like an archers arrows,
they are jerks,
The gosling hides his true feelings behind a smirk,
His only goal is to figure out what works,
In his pursuit of bread,
He stays focused with a straight head,
All the signs he read, migrating through winter and spring,
From a gosling, to a gander, his mind is evolving.
