The Office of Human Resources provides services in the areas of employment, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, employee and labor relations, learning and development, human resources information systems and organizational development.
The office is committed to working with all of its constituents to foster a positive, inclusive and productive work environment where all members of the College
community are valued for their contribution to the SALCC mission. Hence, a primary focus of this office is assisting Divisions and Departments in providing a positive work environment and developing policies, procedures; information and training to support Deans/Coordinator/Managers to provide fair, timely and consiten supervision and a productive workplace.
Staff of the Office of Human Resources ensures that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance in
order to achieve the organization's strategic objectives.
